Chinyere, as she was identified was said to have been returning from school after being sent home for not paying her tuition fee before a truck whose brake had failed crushed the Jss 2 student's head around 9 am.
Chinyere along with two other pupils were returning before the truck crushed her while the other two escaped only by an inch.
